Services

Drift Consultancy provides web design, web development, graphic design, digital marketing, and social media marketing services. The scope of each engagement is defined in a separate proposal or agreement.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and materials needed to complete the project.
• Review deliverables and provide feedback in a timely manner.
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated. Drift Consultancy retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

Payments

Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Limitation of Liability

Drift Consultancy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
