This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Drift Consultancy provides refunds for its digital services.
Service Deposits
Projects typically begin with an upfront deposit. This deposit covers initial planning, research, and resource allocation and is generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the initial payment.
- Refunds are not available for work that has already been completed or delivered.
- Custom design and development work is non-refundable once approved and started.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a project, please notify us in writing. Any payments for completed milestones are non-refundable, while unused retainer balances may be eligible for partial refunds.
Monthly Retainers
Monthly marketing and maintenance retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. No refunds are issued for the current billing cycle.
